SANDEE COIN is built to bridge blockchain settlement with regulated finance. We take compliance seriously and design the SANDEE COIN ecosystem — including the DannyChain settlement rail, wallet, and merchant gateway — to meet applicable financial-crime, consumer-protection, and data-protection obligations.
We monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for digital assets and payment services across the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we adapt our controls as rules develop. SANDEE COIN is a fixed-supply digital settlement asset and is not offered as a security or investment contract.
Access to regulated services is screened against applicable sanctions and watchlists. We do not knowingly facilitate transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
Transactions across the SANDEE COIN rail are monitored for patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. All on-chain activity is transparent and permanently recorded on DannyChain and can be independently verified through the DannyScan block explorer.
The SANDEE COIN smart contract is verified and publicly viewable on DannyScan, with a fixed maximum supply of 999,999,999 SDC and no mint function. Reserve backing and attestations, where applicable, are described in our Tokenomics and are subject to periodic third-party review.
The Services are not available where prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of SANDEE COIN complies with the laws of their jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on digital assets.
We cooperate with regulators and law enforcement where legally required and maintain records in accordance with applicable retention rules. Suspected illicit activity can be reported to our compliance team.
