1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SANDEE COIN website, the SANDEE COIN settlement rail, the SANDEE COIN wallet, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

3. Nature of SANDEE COIN

SANDEE COIN is a reserve-backed digital settlement asset. Holding or using SANDEE COIN does not constitute ownership of equity, a security, or any right to profits of SANDEE COIN. Reserve backing and attestations are described in the Tokenomics section of our website and are subject to change with notice.

4. Account & Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.
SANDEE COIN cannot recover lost private keys and is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. SANDEE COIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts associated with prohibited activity, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

6. Fees

Network, settlement, and gateway fees applicable to transactions are disclosed at the time of transaction. Fees may vary by payment rail (SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire) or blockchain network due to underlying network costs.

7. Risks

Digital assets, including SANDEE COIN, carry inherent risks such as regulatory change, network outages, smart contract vulnerabilities, and custodial risk related to reserve assets. You accept these risks when using the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANDEE COIN and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of funds due to network failure or third-party actions.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in SANDEE COIN's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
